At RYZNK, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at contact@ryznk.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Defective or Wrong Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately at contact@ryznk.com. We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
