We aim to get your RYZNK order to you as quickly as possible. Here’s everything you need to know.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $80 (USA) — 5–8 business days
- Standard Shipping under $80 — flat rate applies at checkout — 5–8 business days
- Express Shipping — available at checkout — 2–3 business days
- International Shipping — rates and times vary by destination — 7–21 business days
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email to monitor your delivery at any time.
4. Delays
Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control (weather, public holidays). We are not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been dispatched.
5. International Orders
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for customs-related delays.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office. If unresolved, contact us at contact@ryznk.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Incorrect Address
